Shipping policy

FREE First class shipping on U.S. orders over $100. $7.00 for all U.S. orders under $100.

*Turnback Pony ships International at buyers full cost (starts at $15).

Items ship within 7-10 business days of receiving order.

*Check and double check your address. If package is sent back it'll be at buyer cost to ship again.

*Turnback Pony is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package is marked "delivered" if lost package needs to be claimed at post office. Check with your neighbor if you have not received. If damaged after delivered, buyer is responsible. For other issues contact local post office contact local post office. We do not insure packages shipped at first class.(If insurance is needed(first class), or if extra insurance is needed over $50 please contact Turnback Pony)
