Turnback Pony Lifetime Warranty
Every Turnback Pony piece is made to be worn and loved. That's why we stand behind our jewelry with a lifetime warranty against defects and normal wear and tear.
If your piece has a broken solder, a loose setting, a stone that falls out during normal wear, or a failed clasp or ear wire, reach out to us. We'll repair or replace it. Repair or replacement is at our discretion.
What's not covered:
- Damage from misuse or abuse, such as crushing, bending, or pulling
- Lost or stolen jewelry
- Damage from chemicals, chlorine, or harsh cleaners
- Natural changes like tarnish or turquoise darkening over time
- Pieces repaired or altered by anyone other than Turnback Pony
- Items bought during live sales. Live sale pieces come with special pricing and are not covered by this warranty.
Silver looking a little dull? Tarnish and turquoise darkening are a natural part of real silver and stone, so they aren't covered by the warranty. You're always welcome to email us, though, and we'd love to polish your piece up for you.
To make a warranty claim, email help@turnbackpony.com with your order number and a photo of the piece. We'll walk you through the next steps.
